The Company in Its Normal Business Operations Requires Human Capital Sourcing Support in terms of Recommendatory and Advisory Services. The consultant provides Advisory Services as part of Its offerings and specialization. The company hereby retains the consultant and the consultant hereby agrees to provide advisory services to the company for identifying competent candidates. A scope and fees shall be agreed to for additional services required to be coordinated in the future as part of the success fully execution of the contract to the prime contractor and the company.
